Preparation

Make the jello according to package instructions, substituting 1 cup of cold water with the cherry juice. For the 2nd cup of cold water, combine the mandarin juices and pineapple juices and fill to the cup line with water, if needed. Add fruit. Then, pour into individual containers with lids that screw tight. (We like the ball freezer jar containers - in our store) because they seal well and stack. Allow to set up and then pack in lunch.
