The kids just love Hawaiian pizza so we created this potato for them. It has 24 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber with less than 10 grams of fat. It is so easy to make and the flavors mingle nicely together.

Preparation

Wash and dry your unbaked potato. Pack in your lunch. Pack diced ham in a microwave safe. Place pineapple in another container and the cheese in still another one. When it is time for lunch, microwave your potato, then top with ham, pineapple and cheese and microwave for a minute longer to warm the toppings and melt the cheese. Enjoy!
