The Cobb salad is one of the highest calorie salads you can find in a restaurant. Our version keeps the calories in check with lowfat dressing and reasonable quantities. It is quick to make, and very portable.

Preparation
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and break into small pieces. Combine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced chicken and bacon in a portable salad chiller container. Place the dressing in a small dressing container. Place the packet of Wholly Guacamole in your lunch bag along with the other salad fixings.
When it is time for lunch, combine all ingredients and enjoy.
