My mom got my son hooked on this when he was 4. Simply slice up a hotdog and mix it with some warm baked beans. Served in a thermos, it is a nice warm school lunch. *although it has 5 grams of fiber and is low in sugar, It is high in sodium. Keep sodium levels down the rest of the day if you serve this lunch. *If you have access to a microwave, pack chilled in a microwave safe container and heat when it is time for lunch.
